Picazo Rhap

Omogbolahan Sodiq Ilabode aka Picazo Rhap, a young rapper who got signed to Olamide’s YBNL on October 14,2018. Picazo is a talented rapper whose freestyle video of Chinko Ekun’s ‘Able God’ featuring Lil Kesh and Zlatan Ibile went viral online and trapped the attention of the label boss, Olamide. He got signed to YBNL alongside his close friend, Yomi Blaze who is also a brilliant rapper. He released a very engrossing single late 2018 tagged Macaroni and featured his label boss, Olamide on the remix.

Oxlade

Afro-pop newcomer, Oxlade made his mark as Davido has reportedly signed him to his label, DMW. Without so much hype, Oxlade was involved in an impressive track with FireboyDML titled Sing. Oxlade rounded up 2018 with a heart-warming single tagged ‘Shugar’.

T Classic

Since the debut of his massive hit ‘Fall in love’ which features MayorkunT-Classic has not relented. Mixnaija Entertainment frontier, T-Classsic, born Tolulope Ajayi has been on the music grind for a while now, working and hoping for his big break and it seems fate has finally decided to smile at him after his song (Fall in Love ft. Mayorkun) topped charts for a longer portion of 2018. The gifted act decided to kick-off 2019 with a brand new single titled ‘Nobody fine pass you’.

Barry Jhay

Cash Nation Entertainment’s act and popular ‘Aiye’ crooner, Barry Jhay, isn’t weak after his colossal song. ‘Aiye’ was a perfect blend between trado-cultural relevance and pop. After giving the street his indigenous style of music, Barry Jhay took to his visuals a stunning concept every viewer would love to watch again. He succeeded in maintaining his impressive year by releasing some other tracks like ‘Normal level’ and ‘Go Down’. Definitely he isn’t going to disappoint this year as he has just dropped a thrilling single tagged ‘Tomorrow’.

Demmie Vee

Demmie Vee is arguably one of the male vocal powerhouse in the musical industry who is ready to occupy any throne. He made headlines  when it was reported that he was signed to FlyBoy Inc. Although, Demmie Vee is not a newcomer. He got in the public eye since he featured 2face Idibia on his track ‘Awesome God’. Now, the Vocalist has started 2019 with a candid appearance on Falz’s fourth studio album ‘Moral Instruction’. That’s a very good way to start a new chapter.

Teni Entertainer

Teniola Apata, the biological sister to Niniola isn’t just hype. The music sensation who is currently under the management of Dr Dolor Entertainment, has proved to the world she is extra ordinary after releasing back-to-back hit singles ranging from Fargin, Askamaya, Wait, Case to Pray. Her recent single, ‘Uyo-Meyo affirms that she is the next big thing in the industry.

Zlatan Ibile

The main Man behind the viral dance, Zanku, Zlatan Ibile is one of the artistes you should never take your eyes off this year. Temidayo Omoniyi aka Kapaichumarimarichopaco has happened to be the new face of the street ever since the storming of the dance, Zanku. Zlatan Ibile never ceases to supply the streets ‘certified lamba’ be it single or featured. 2018 is possibly one of his best years so far as he had most of his hit tracks. Zlatan is a major player as he killed most features on a high note starting from Able God’, ‘Ijo Ope’, to ‘Killin Dem’. He kicked off this year brilliantly with a feature from Davido on Bum-Bum’.
