Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Child Sex Case Closed By NY Judge

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Child Sex Case has finally been closed, as we all know, tekashi has been through alot in the past month. According to TMZ, the judge presiding over the case revoked his probation, thus crediting him the equivalent 4-years dating back to the incident, then voided the 1,000 hours of community service he was mandated to perform by law.

The judge loosened the reigns so as to ensure Federal prosecutors would be granted precedent to follow through with their racketeering charges without interference. Tekashi’s attorney Lance Lazzaro explained that if his client is tried at the federal level, he won’t have to comply with meandering domestic charges, for legal reasons only.

As reported, Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced to four years probation for his sexual infractions against a minor, a plea Lazzara and his team of attorneys were lobbying for in the leadup to the final verdict. The probationary measure was put in place in order to protect Tekashi from the enemies he’d made across state lines, like Slim 400 of YG’s entourage.

The Manhattan D.A.’s office has so far refused to comment on the stipulations that went into the federal override. Tekashi is nevertheless facing life imprisonment should he be found guilty of all the charges against him. Should he return to civilian life in New York City by some stroke of fate, lawmakers and ombudsman will likely be shadowing his every step.
