Vazquez: Asensio Can Win Ballon d’Or

Lucks Vazquez believes Real Madrid teammate, Marco Asensio is a spectacular player and will win the ballon d’or one day.

Asensio has been in spectacular form so far this season , scoring four goals in five games, including the brace in the draw against Valencia.

The Spain international forward has been called up to the squad alongside Vazquez to Lopetegui’s squad.

“He is spectacular,” Vazquez told Cadena SER about Asensio.

“He is at a very high level and still has to grow. We hope to enjoy him a lot. He is very humble and takes everything with ease.

“It’s soon to say about the Ballon d’Or, but I think so.”
